Furthermore, all items visible online are sold new and guaranteed never to be used. They are always supplied with the original label and protective plastics.
The multitude of suppliers and the large quantities that we order from them allow us to guarantee you the best prices. We strive to always be best placed on all the models we have in stock.
ORDER
We accept many payment methods to make your ordering experience as easy as possible:

All your banking information is protected when you make a payment on our site. Our payment software uses secure encryption protocols to protect your personal and financial data during transmission. Additionally, it is certified as compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), which ensures adequate protection of payment information.
All orders are prepared and dispatched the same day Monday to Friday, when placed before 12pm. Otherwise, they will be shipped the next working day.
At PSB WATCHES, all products visible online are actually in stock in our warehouse, which generally guarantees shipment within 24 hours.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with all the information about your shipment. A tracking number will be communicated to you so that you can follow the progress of the delivery.
You can also track your order directly from your customer area, or by entering your package number on the carrier's website in the "tracking" section.
You just placed an order but you made a mistake or you want to cancel it? Don't panic, send us a message directly from your customer area via the "Contact us" section.
The modification of your order will be taken into account upon receipt of your request. In case of cancellation, you will receive a refund within 5 working days, on the same means of payment used during the purchase.
Keep in mind that no modification or cancellation can be taken into account when your package has been dispatched or is being prepared.
DELIVERY
We offer you the possibility to choose between several delivery methods at the time of payment:
For mainland France:
- Delivery to Collissimo relay point 48 hours
- Delivery to Chronopost relay point 24 hours
- Colissimo delivery 48 hours (delivered against signature)
- 24-hour Chronopost delivery (delivered against signature)
NB: For shipments to Corsica, your order will only be sent by Colissimo. Indeed, Chronopost imposes an additional fee of €20 due to the geographical location. If you still wish to use Chronopost, you will have to pay these fees.
Shipping costs are free at Colissimo relay points for purchases over €99.01 (Metropolitan France only).
Below this purchase amount, rates are proportional to the weight of the order and the type of carrier you have chosen. Below you will find all the pricing of the different carriers depending on the location of delivery.

The delivery time of your order (to mainland France) will depend above all on the shipping method you have chosen. Generally and depending on the pickup time, a Chronopost delivery will take 24/48 hours compared to 48/72 hours for Colissimo.
During periods of high traffic (Christmas, public holidays, etc.), postal services may be temporarily saturated, which is likely to cause delivery delays.
Yes, PSB WATCHES delivers to the majority of countries in Europe and the rest of the world. Different shipping methods and different prices are offered to you.

For a specific shipping request, please do not hesitate to contact us. For all orders placed outside the EU, you may have to pay customs or import charges to comply with the legislation in force in your country. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
From the date you receive your order, you have 14 days to change your mind and return it to us. The product(s) must be in exactly the same condition as originally for the return to be accepted. The product must meet the following conditions:
- Do not contain any traces of use or modification
- Have its label and protective plastics still stuck on
- Have your storage box and papers
- Be accompanied by its accessories (provided and offered)
If any of these criteria are not met, we will not be able to issue a refund.
To return your order, send us a message directly via the contact form and we will explain the procedure to follow upon receipt. Please note that unless there is an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
As with returns, you have 14 days after receipt of your order to make an exchange.
The product must meet the same conditions as for a return, i.e. have never been used and retain its original characteristics.
The return shipping costs will be your responsibility and we will offer you the reshipping costs for the new item.
