PSB WATCHES watch warranty conditions: What you need to know

At PSB WATCHES, we understand the importance of providing our customers with peace of mind when investing in one of our quality watches. This is why every watch ordered from us comes with a one-year warranty certificate. We want to assure you that your watch is protected against any mechanical defects that may occur during this period.

What the warranty covers:

The PSB WATCHES warranty covers all mechanical malfunctions that your watch may encounter under normal conditions of use for one year from the date of purchase. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Mechanism Problems: If your watch has any problems with the mechanical movement, such as excessive delays, sudden stops, or malfunctions in the regular operation of the watch, these will be covered by our warranty.

  2. Movement Failures: We cover failures of the watch's internal movement, including issues with the mainspring, escapement, balance wheel, and other critical components.

What the warranty does not cover:

It's important to note that our standard one-year warranty does not cover certain items, including:

  1. Accidental or intentional damage: The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper use, rough handling, accident, negligence or unauthorized attempted repair by qualified professionals.

  2. Normal wear and tear: Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of the watch, such as scratches on the case or bracelet, is not covered by the warranty.

  3. Batteries and bracelets: Batteries and bracelets are items subject to wear and are therefore not covered by the warranty. However, we promise to provide after-sales service to replace batteries and wristbands at an additional cost.

How to benefit from the guarantee:

To claim your warranty, please follow the following steps:

  1. Keep your warranty certificate and proof of purchase carefully, as they will be required for any warranty claims.

  2. If your watch malfunctions, contact our customer service as soon as possible to report the problem and arrange for the return of your watch for evaluation.

  3. Once we receive your watch, our qualified watchmakers will perform a thorough evaluation to determine if the malfunction is covered under warranty.

  4. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace your defective watch at no additional cost. If the issue is not covered, we will contact you to discuss repair or replacement options at your expense.
