This policy explains how PSB WATCHES collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French data protection law.


1. DATA CONTROLLER

The controller responsible for processing data collected on this site is PSB ONLINE MARKET (PSB WATCHES), a French SAS with share capital of €1,000, located at 58 Rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France, SIRET 98086231200017. 2. DATA COLLECTED AND PURPOSES

We collect the following data, only when you provide it voluntarily (account creation, order, newsletter sign-up, contact form):

We do not collect any sensitive data (racial or ethnic origin, health, political opinions, etc.) and do not carry out any automated decision-making producing legal effects concerning you.

3. RETENTION PERIOD

  • Order-related data: retained for the period necessary to manage the business relationship, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax obligations, 10 years for commercial documents).
  • Customer account: retained as long as the account is active; in the event of prolonged inactivity (3 years), the data is deleted or anonymized, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.
  • Newsletter: retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Cookies: in accordance with CNIL recommendations, a maximum of 13 months.

4. DATA RECIPIENTS

Your data may be shared with:

  • our technical and logistics service providers necessary for fulfilling your order (carriers, payment provider, Shopify hosting);
  • competent authorities, where required by law;
  • a third-party acquirer, in the event of a merger, sale or acquisition of all or part of PSB WATCHES's business.

We never sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Some of our service providers (in particular our Shopify hosting solution and certain payment, analytics or communication tools) may process your data outside the European Union, including in the United States. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision), in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:

  • right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy of it;
  • right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • right to erasure: request the deletion of your data, within the limits of our legal retention obligations;
  • right to restriction of processing;
  • right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format;
  • right to object, in particular to direct marketing, at any time and without justification;
  • right to withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies).

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés): www.cnil.fr.

7. SECURITY

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. As no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to limiting risks as far as reasonably possible.

Our site uses cookies necessary for its operation, as well as audience measurement cookies and, where applicable, personalization cookies, subject to your prior consent via the banner displayed on your first visit. You may change your preferences or configure your browser to refuse non-essential cookies at any time.
