Refund policy
This policy explains the practical arrangements for exercising your right of withdrawal as provided for in our Terms of Sale, in accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
Your right of withdrawal
From the date you receive your order, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. During this period, you may examine and handle the product as you reasonably would in a shop before buying it — try it on, check that it works, look at it from every angle.
How to proceed
Contact us via our contact form or at contact@psbwatches.com, stating your order number and the product concerned. We will send you the return address and instructions within 48 hours.
Condition of the product on return
We ask that you return the product in a condition that allows it to be resold as new: with its tag, protective plastic wrapping, storage box, accompanying documents and all accessories.
These conditions do not determine your right to a refund. By law, we cannot refuse a refund solely on the grounds that a tag has been removed or that the product has been tried on. However, if the product is returned to us showing use or handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and how it works (signs of wear, scratches, a product visibly worn on a daily basis, missing accessories), we reserve the right to apply a deduction from the refund, corresponding to the depreciation observed. This deduction is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is proportionate to the actual loss in value observed — never the full refund amount, except in cases of total depreciation of the product.
Return shipping costs
Except in the event of an error on our part (product not matching the order or defective on receipt, in which case we cover the return and provide you with a prepaid shipping label), return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we process your refund within a maximum of 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal (this deadline may be met before the parcel is actually received if you provide us with proof of shipment; in practice, we aim to issue refunds within 5 business days of receiving the return). The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Special case: parcel not collected or refused
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties (customers outside the European Union) or a missed collection at a pickup point, the return shipping costs incurred by PSB WATCHES for reshipping will be deducted from the refund amount, limited to the costs actually incurred.
