Introduction

Inspired by basketball, the Seiko 5 Sports SSK043K1 is a limited edition of 1,300 pieces, available exclusively in Southeast Asia. Its metallic copper dial evokes the texture of basketballs, while its two-tone black and gray GMT bezel ensures precise display of the second time zone. Equipped with the automatic 4R34 movement with a 41-hour power reserve, it combines a 42.5 mm stainless steel case with a matching bracelet, offering robustness and elegance to sports watch enthusiasts.

Case

The case of the SSK043K1 is made of stainless steel, with a diameter of 42.5mm and a thickness of 13.6mm (lug-to-lug: 46.0mm). The dial is protected by a Hardlex crystal, a proprietary Seiko heat treatment that improves the shock and scratch resistance of standard mineral glass. The case back is transparent, allowing the caliber to be admired from the outside. The lug width is 22 mm.

Movement

The SSK043K1 is powered by the Seiko 4R34 automatic caliber, the GMT version of the 4R36, with 24 jewels, 21,600 alt/h and a power reserve of 41 hours. The GMT hand allows simultaneous display of two time zones.

Bracelet

The SSK043K1 features a stainless steel bracelet with a push-button deployment clasp. The lug width is 22 mm.
