The case of the SRPD51K1 is made of stainless steel, with a diameter of 42.5mm and a thickness of 13.4mm (lug-to-lug: 46.0mm). The dial is protected by Hardlex, Seiko's proprietary hardened mineral crystal: more shock-resistant than standard mineral crystal and more flexible than Hardlex. The lug width is 22 mm.

Movement

The SRPD51K1 is powered by the Seiko 4R36 automatic caliber (24 jewels, 21,600 alt/h), with a power reserve of 41 hours. This manufacture caliber includes hacking and manual winding.

Bracelet

The SRPD51K1 comes with a stainless steel bracelet with a deployant clasp. The 22 mm lug width allows for easy adaptation of an aftermarket strap.
