Presentation

The Seiko 5 Sports SRPK11K1 is a special edition celebrating the 55th anniversary of the Seiko 5 Sports collection. This model draws inspiration from the retro design of the 1960s, particularly the popular 5126-6030, nicknamed "Double Hurricane".

The 42.5 mm diameter stainless steel case features a black unidirectional rotating bezel. The vibrant orange dial, a signature of the original model, is enhanced by a horizontal black band and luminous hands, ensuring optimal readability.

This watch is powered by the automatic 4R36 caliber, offering a power reserve of approximately 41 hours. The transparent screwed case back allows admiration of the movement in action.

The stainless steel bracelet is equipped with a triple-fold clasp with push-button, guaranteeing secure and comfortable wear. With water resistance up to 100 meters, the SRPK11K1 is suitable for light water activities.

This special edition is a modern reinterpretation of a Seiko classic, combining vintage design elements with contemporary watchmaking technologies.

Case

The case of the SRPK11K1 is made of stainless steel, with a diameter of 42.5mm and a thickness of 13.4mm (lug-to-lug: 46.0mm). The dial is protected by Hardlex, Seiko's proprietary hardened mineral glass: more shock-resistant than standard mineral glass and more flexible than sapphire. The lug width is 22 mm.

Movement

The SRPK11K1 is powered by the Seiko 4R36 automatic caliber (24 jewels, 21,600 alt/h), with a power reserve of 41 hours. This manufacture caliber includes hacking and manual winding.

Bracelet

The SRPK11K1 comes with a stainless steel bracelet, secured by a folding clasp whose two push-buttons prevent accidental opening. The lug width is 22 mm.
