Presentation

Orient designed the Contemporary to ride the minimalist trend without sacrificing mechanics: under its clean lines lies an in-house automatic caliber, whereas competitors often rely on quartz. The RA-AG0017Y30B reference stands out with its brown dial, in the collection's open heart spirit.

Case

The Orient RA-AG0017Y30B houses a stainless steel case measuring 35.6 mm in diameter and 12.5 mm thick. In terms of finishes, mineral glass and a fixed bezel surround a dial whose Roman numerals ensure legibility, and on the back, a sapphire case back transforms the back of the case into a display window for the movement; the lug width, meanwhile, is set at 17 mm, for 3 ATM / 30 meters of water resistance.

Movement

Powered by the FT622 caliber, the RA-AG0017Y30B benefits from an automatic movement entirely developed by Orient. The power reserve is around 40 hours.

Strap

Orient has chosen a brown leather strap for the RA-AG0017Y30B: standard 17 mm lug width, secured by a pin buckle.
