Designed with the very popular minimalist spirit in mind, the Contemporary nonetheless retains an automatic movement developed in-house by Orient, a rare choice in this segment usually dominated by quartz. On the RA-AR0003L30B, Orient plays the blue dial card, a variant that distinguishes it from other available colors.

Case

The stainless steel case of the RA-AR0003L30B measures 40.8 mm in diameter and 10.9 mm in thickness. It features a sapphire crystal, a fixed bezel, and an index dial. Finally, the watch benefits from an open case back, to follow the balance wheel of the automatic movement with your eyes, and the lug width is set at 22 mm. Water resistance: 5 ATM / 50 meters.

Movement

In the Orient, the RA-AR0003L30B runs thanks to the F6S22 caliber, an in-house automatic movement, with a power reserve of approximately 40 hours. This caliber benefits, like the rest of the family, from the stop-second and manual winding.

Bracelet

On the RA-AR0003L30B, Orient opted for a silver stainless steel bracelet: equipped with a deployant clasp, the standard lug width measures 22 mm.
