A more compact 40mm version of the Mako line, this iteration targets thinner wrists without compromising on the in-house automatic caliber or the water resistance characteristic of a true dive watch. The RA-AC0Q17Y30B, here, features a bronze dial.

Case

The stainless steel case of the Orient RA-AC0Q17Y30B measures 39.9 mm in diameter and 12.8 mm in thickness. In terms of finishes, beneath a sapphire crystal, the indexed dial is encircled by a unidirectional rotating bezel, and the watch benefits from a solid case back that protects the movement from view and splashes, and the lug width is set at 20 mm. Water resistance: 20 ATM / 200 meters.

Movement

Easy adjustment thanks to the hacking seconds and manual winding, two standards of recent Orient calibers. This is the case for the piece in question: the Orient RA-AC0Q17Y30B is powered by the F6722 caliber, an automatic movement developed in-house by Orient, and expect approximately 40 hours of power reserve once the movement is fully wound.

Orient chose a silver stainless steel bracelet for the RA-AC0Q17Y30B; standard 20 mm lug width, secured by a deployant clasp.
