Launched in 2016 to capitalize on the Mako's success, the Ray II adopts a more assertive diver's style, featuring a unidirectional rotating bezel and an in-house automatic movement. The TAA02007B9 variant showcases a black dial, a distinction from other available colors.

Case

Dial side: indices, a mineral crystal, and a unidirectional rotating bezel. In terms of dimensions, the TAA02007B9 measures 41.5 mm in diameter and 13 mm in thickness, housed in a stainless steel case. It features a solid, unadorned case back, 22 mm lug width, and an advertised water resistance of 20 ATM / 200 meters.

Movement

Hacking seconds and manual winding facilitate setting the time to within a quarter of a second. This is the case for the piece in question: powered by the F6922 caliber, the TAA02007B9 benefits from an automatic movement entirely developed by Orient, and once wound, it offers approximately 40 hours of power reserve.

Strap

For the TAA02007B9, Orient opts for a black resin strap, with a standard 22 mm lug width, secured by a buckle clasp.
