Orient Star has been hand-assembling its mechanical watches in Akita since 1951. The Classic is its most pared-down version, true to the codes of the timeless chic watch. The RE-AV0002S00B features a beige dial with an open heart aperture, a shade that gives it its own personality within the range.

Case

The Orient RE-AV0002S00B stands out with a 40mm stainless steel case, only 13mm thick. In terms of finishes, a fixed bezel, mineral glass, Roman numeral markers: the front face does not deviate from the brand's codes, with a 20mm lug width, and a transparent case back, a true window into the movement in action. Water resistance: 5 ATM / 50 meters.

Movement

Under the case of the RE-AV0002S00B beats the F6F42 caliber, an automatic movement manufactured by Orient, with a power reserve of approximately 50 hours when fully wound. A hacking second hand and manual winding facilitate precise time setting to the quarter of a second.

Strap

The RE-AV0002S00B is fitted with a black leather strap, connected to the case by a 20mm lug width and fastened by a deployant buckle.
