Introduction

Since 1951, Orient Star watches have been hand-assembled in Akita. The Contemporary translates this high-end craftsmanship into a modern aesthetic, understated and meticulously detailed. The RE-AT0021L00B features a gray dial, including an open heart complication, to stand out within the collection.

Case

The Orient RE-AT0021L00B features a 39.3 mm diameter and 12.2 mm thickness, in a stainless steel case. Mineral glass, a fixed bezel, and a dial with Roman numerals make up the front face, and the watch benefits from a transparent sapphire case back that reveals the movement and its balance wheel. The lug width is 20 mm. Water resistance: 10 ATM / 100 meters.

Movement

The RE-AT0021L00B runs on the F6R42 caliber, an automatic movement entirely designed by Orient: stop-seconds and manual winding are present, as on all of the brand's recent in-house calibers. In practice, its power reserve is approximately 50 hours once the movement is fully wound.

Strap

For the strap, the RE-AT0021L00B offers a silver stainless steel model: closed by a deployment buckle, it connects to the case via a 20 mm lug width.
