Introduction

In Akita, Orient Star watches have been hand-assembled since 1951. The Contemporary line applies this expertise to a modern aesthetic, combining understated elegance and attention to detail. Within this range, the RE-AV0B02Y00B features a brown dial with an open heart aperture.

Case

For the RE-AV0B02Y00B, Orient has crafted a 41 mm diameter, 14 mm thick stainless steel case, with a mineral crystal covering the Roman numeral dial, which is encircled by a fixed bezel. In addition, the watch features a transparent case back that showcases the movement rather than hiding it, with a lug width of 20 mm; water resistance is 10 ATM / 100 meters.

Movement

Orient chose its F6F44 caliber to power the RE-AV0B02Y00B, with a power reserve of around 50 hours. Like other modern Orient calibers, it features a stop-second function and manual winding.

Bracelet

The RE-AV0B02Y00B is fitted with a silver-colored stainless steel bracelet; equipped with a deployant clasp, the standard lug width is 20 mm.
