Introduction

The Seiko SSB425P1 is a men's chronograph watch featuring a silver dial with two black sub-dials at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock, evoking the "panda" style inspired by car dashboards. It is equipped with the 8T63 quartz caliber, offering an accuracy of ±15 seconds per month, a chronograph function measuring up to 60 minutes in 1/5 second increments, a 24-hour indicator, and a date window at 4 o'clock.

The 41.5 mm stainless steel case is protected by a Hardlex crystal and is water-resistant up to 100 meters. The 22 mm stainless steel bracelet features a deployant clasp with a push-button.

Case

The case of the SSB425P1 is made of stainless steel, with a diameter of 41.5mm and a thickness of 12.1mm (lug-to-lug: 46.5mm). The dial is protected by Hardlex, Seiko's proprietary hardened mineral glass: more shock-resistant than standard mineral glass and more flexible than Hardlex. The case back is solid, contributing to the case's water resistance. The lug width is 20 mm.

Movement

The SSB425P1 is equipped with the Seiko 8T63 mecaquartz caliber: the chronograph is mechanically driven (jumping hands), but the time base is a precise quartz movement with an accuracy of ±15 sec/month.

Strap

The SSB425P1 comes with a stainless steel bracelet with a deployant clasp, and a lug width of 20 mm.
