Orient RA-AC0030L30B: Bambino with blue dial, refined

Introduction

Orient launched the Bambino in the early 2010s; its domed glass, understated dial, and automatic caliber have since made it one of the most popular Japanese dress watches, at a price that remains reasonable. The RA-AC0030L30B features a blue dial.

Case

Orient crafts the case of the RA-AC0030L30B from stainless steel, with a diameter of 40.5 mm and 12.3 mm under the crown; the fixed bezel surrounds an indexed dial, protected by mineral glass; the watch is equipped with a sapphire case back that transforms the back of the case into a display window for the movement, with a lug width of 21 mm, and is water-resistant to 3 ATM / 30 meters.

Movement

The RA-AC0030L30B is powered by the F6724 caliber, an automatic movement entirely designed by Orient: the hacking function and manual winding, inherited from the most recent in-house calibers, make setting it easier. In practice, once wound, it offers approximately 40 hours of power reserve.

Strap

As for the strap, the RA-AC0030L30B comes with a blue leather model: a pin buckle ensures closure, with a lug width of 21 mm.
