The Seiko 5 line includes automatic watches with day-date display, designed to operate without a battery thanks to rotor winding. For its women's models, Seiko maintains this mechanical base in compact steel cases.

The SYMG42K1 combines a white dial with a multicolored (two-tone) metal bracelet. The day-date display is positioned at 3 o'clock and the hands are treated with luminescent material.

Case

Round case in stainless steel, 26 mm diameter and 10 mm thickness, with a stationary steel bezel. The dial is protected by a Hardlex crystal. Water resistance is rated at 5 bar. Indicated weight: 59 g.

Movement

Automatic movement (battery-free) with hour, minute, second and day-date calendar display. Initial manual winding may be necessary before the rotor takes over when worn.Bracelet

Metal bracelet with a two-tone finish, 12 mm wide, with a push-button deployment clasp. The links alternate polished and satin-finished surfaces to structure the whole.
