Seiko SWR106P1: new gold-tone version with a champagne dial and applied indices

The SWR106P1 is the new version of the Seiko SWR064P1. It retains its rectangular gold-tone case and champagne dial with applied baton indices, the most streamlined variant of the men's series, without Roman numerals, featuring Seiko's distinctive visual identity. Part of the Seiko Essentials range, it has been upgraded with a sapphire crystal and water resistance increased to 50 metres.

Case

The rectangular gold-tone stainless steel case measures 27.2 mm wide and approximately 6.5 mm thick, with a lug-to-lug measurement of 44 mm. The gold-tone cabochon crown is positioned at 3 o'clock. The champagne dial features gold-tone applied baton indices and dauphine hands for clear, uncluttered readability. The entire design is protected by a sapphire crystal. Water resistance: 50 metres.

Movement

The watch is powered by the Seiko 4N30 calibre, a two-hand (hours and minutes) quartz movement specifically designed for rectangular cases. Accuracy: ±15 seconds per month. Battery life: approximately 3 years. It is the same proven calibre that powered the SWR064P1.

Strap

The SWR106P1 is fitted with an brown calfskin strap with a crocodile-embossed texture, 18 mm wide, and secured by a gold-tone pin buckle. The brown leather enhances the visual harmony with the champagne dial and gold-tone case. The watch comes with its original box and Seiko documentation.
