The Seiko SPB085J1 belongs to the Presage collection with an artisan dial. This model highlights Japanese craftsmanship through a dial made using traditional enameling techniques, whose successive layers give irreplaceable depth and brilliance. Caliber 6R21, 40.5 mm case.

Case

Made of stainless steel, the case of the Seiko SPB085J1 measures 40.5 mm in diameter and 12.1 mm in thickness. The bezel is fixed. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal, the most scratch-resistant, with an anti-reflective treatment. The case back is exhibition (transparent), allowing observation of the movement in operation. The water resistance is 50 m, suitable for swimming and splashes.

Movement

The Seiko SPB085J1 is powered by the automatic caliber 6R21, offering a power reserve of approximately 45 hours. Caliber 6R is the high-end of serial Seiko automatic movements: it features hacking and manual winding, and offers a significantly higher power reserve than 4R calibers.

Bracelet

The stainless steel bracelet of the Seiko SPB085J1, closed by a deployant clasp, complements the case coherently. The lug width is 20 mm.
