This model pays homage to the Irish Coffee with a brown dial featuring a depth effect. The translucent glass layered over the dial creates a unique lighting effect for the line. 40.5 mm case, 4R35 caliber, 50 m water resistance.

Case

The case of the Seiko SRPJ17J1 is made of stainless steel, with a diameter of 40.5 mm and a thickness of 12.6 mm. The bezel is fixed. The brown dial is protected by a sapphire crystal, the most scratch-resistant, with an anti-reflective coating. The case back is exhibition (transparent), allowing the movement to be observed in operation. The water resistance is 50 m, suitable for swimming and splashes.

Movement

The Seiko SRPJ17J1 is powered by the automatic 4R35 caliber, offering a power reserve of approximately 41 hours. It includes hacking (stopping the second hand for precise time setting) and manual winding, two conveniences absent on the previous generation 7S26 caliber.

Strap

The Seiko SRPJ17J1 is equipped with a leather strap, adding a dressy touch to this model, fastened by a deployment clasp, which facilitates putting on and taking off the watch by securing the strap to the wrist. The lug width is 20 mm.
