Introduction

The Seiko 5 SNXG47K1 is a unique model. Its textured white dial gives the watch a singular effect, with a very precise mesh system visible when observed in detail. The golden hands are both round and refined, complementing the gold-colored indices. Another very original feature is the ability to choose the day from two languages, including English.

Case

The SNXG47K1 case is made of stainless steel, with a diameter of 37.0mm and a thickness of 12.0mm. The dial is protected by Hardlex glass, Seiko's hardened mineral glass, which is more shock-resistant than untreated mineral glass and can be polished in case of minor scratches. The exhibition case back reveals the movement from the outside. The lug width is 18 mm.

Movement

At the heart of the SNXG47K1 beats the Seiko 7S26 caliber: 21 jewels, 21,600 alt/h, approximately 41 hours power reserve. An iconic Japanese manufacture in the Seiko 5 range since 1996.

Strap

The SNXG47K1 is equipped with a stainless steel bracelet closed by a double push-button deployant clasp. The lug width is 18 mm.
